A warm welcome to the Malaysia Smart Agriculture and Intelligent Agricultural Machinery Technology Training Class for visiting our factory.


During this visit, our customers focused on two of our export models—the 260/360 HP tracked sugarcane harvester and the wheeled-type sugarcane harvester. Throughout our discussions, they showed particular interest in engine horsepower, as well as the harvesting and collection methods.
For the harvesters, one of our key advantages is our patented base cutter design, which can be independently lifted to adapt to varying field conditions. As for collection methods, we offer both hopper-type and elevator-type options. The elevator-type system requires the use of our dedicated transfer carts, which are available in three load capacities—6 tons, 8 tons, and 10 tons. Typically, customers purchase one harvester paired with 2 to 3 transfer carts to maximize harvesting efficiency while significantly reducing labor costs.
In addition, customers also inquired about our sugarcane planter. The Chenhan sugarcane planter features a highly integrated design, capable of completing rotary tilling, furrow opening, fertilizing, seed cutting, seed dropping, soil covering, and plastic film mulching in a single pass. Moreover, optional functions such as stalk chopping, spraying, and watering can be added based on specific customer requirements, greatly reducing labor intensity in the planting stage.
In terms of operational performance, the planter offers the following advantages:
- Highly integrated operations: One pass completes soil pulverization, row opening, seed cutting, planting, soil covering, fertilizing, drip irrigation, and film mulching, ensuring outstanding work efficiency;
- Infinitely adjustable planting depth: By adjusting the front auxiliary plow and covering plow, the furrow depth can be steplessly adjusted within a range of 100–400 mm, accommodating various agronomic needs;
- Flexible row spacing: Narrow row spacing options include 300/350/400 mm, while wide row spacing is steplessly adjustable from 1300 mm to 1800 mm, offering great versatility;
- Outstanding operating efficiency: The machine can cover up to 9 mu (0.6 hectares) per hour, which translates to approximately 70 mu (4.7 hectares) per day—ideal for large-scale sugarcane farming operations.
